There is constant project-wise technical communication among the contractors and consultants, and the customer was finding it difficult to manage and record the interactions.
Utilizing the powerful document and workflow management features of Pistaceo, the customer was able to automate all inward and outward project transmittals. The consultants were able to upload the drawings and associated documentation on the Pistaceo application, generate transmittal coversheets, and initiate a review and approval workflow with one-click. The users at Revalyu received timely notifications for the actions they needed to perform.
Using Pistaceo allowed Revalyu to considerably reduce the time and effort taken to approve technical documentation. It made documentation easily accessible for the authorized users. The project teams gained access to the right drawings and documents at the right time with a clear trail of the history of changes.
