QIIC has been an early adopter of document and process management solutions for streamlining key business areas. One of the major areas where the customer felt the dire need for streamlining is management of internal and external correspondences. Being an insurance company it is essential for QIIC to ensure that all incoming correspondences – be it from customers, brokers, government or financial institutions – are acted upon and tracked. QIIC deployed the Pistaceo platform and the correspondence management add-on to streamline all incoming, outgoing and internal correspondences. The template based document generation and the ability to track each and every action on the correspondences give QIIC the ability to pinpoint every correspondence received and actions taken.
By utilizing the Pistaceo DocSigner solution, QIIC is able to convert all their approval and signature processes digital. Sending documents for signature within and outside the organization was never easier. Especially during the lockdown period none of the important approvals got delayed for lack of physical proximity.
QIIC is in the process of rolling out additional process such as procurement, executive management meetings and customer quotations. Customer quotations will be utilizing the eservices module where the process will be extended to external users such as brokers. The customer further intends to port their motor claims process on to the Pistaceo platform soon
