Our customer is in the business of developing commercial and residential properties and renting them out. The process of rental contracts are fully automated with the Pistaceo platform now. The company developed a new mobile application that helps their internal users as well as their tenants to collaborate end to end. The mobile application powered by the Pistaceo workflow and document management enables the tenant facing executive to collect the tenancy information and generate the rental contracts automatically. The user is able to up- load all the supporting documents for the contract straight from the mobile application and forward the contract to the teanant for signature. The tenant signs the contract on mobile and Pistaceo attaches the signature to the generated contract and sends it for internal signature and approvals.
The contract goes through multiple levels of approvals and signatures are automatically embedded on approvals. The contract and its associated documents are then managed by the document management module of Pistaceo for easy retrieval and referencing.
The customer achieved a 100% paper-free process with the Pistaceo platform and the custom mobile application. The solution completely eliminated the need for physical signatures and back and forth correspondences. Both the company and the tenant are able to access the contract at any point in time as well as get reminders on key contract milestones.
